New Year and Better Sleep with Bare©

As the world ready’s themselves for the new year, I sit to reflect on what impression it’s left with me. 2020 has been a year unlike any other.  It’s forced us to look at what’s truly important and has taught us some real heavy life lessons. If this year has taught me anything, it is the importance of sleep.  Yes – SLEEP! Now, I know what you’re thinking, “after the year we just had, this one walks away reflecting on sleep?!”  That’s exactly what I’m reflecting on. Did you know that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated? That’s a lot and I’m absolutely apart of this 75%.  You likely are too, and that’s why you should take the guess work out of your hydration and get the Soma Carafe. The Soma Carafe is stylishly designed to look great on your countertop, fridge, or as a centerpiece on your kitchen table.  Its sleek design is what initially drew me to purchase the carafe. A  month into the quarantine, I found myself experiencing  an increased  level of exhaustion that I, at first, chalked up to the long hours of home schooling and working remotely.  But when the leg cramps…
